TheTownPlanner will provide expert advice to all those involved in the planning enforcement process for all scales and types of development, including the following specific services:

Owners/Developers/Architects and other Professionals:

• Advice regarding the planning enforcement process – how it works and what to do
• Submission of applications for Lawful Development Certificates to regularise development
• Submission of retrospective applications
• Submission of responses to notices, including Planning Contravention Notices and all types of Enforcement Notices
• Attendance on your behalf at meetings with planning officers and other relevant professionals, including neighbours and the community
• Ongoing dialogue and negotiations

Neighbours/Community

• Contacting or writing to the planning authority on your behalf about development that you consider to be unauthorised and any ongoing communication with planning officers and other professionals
• Attendance on your behalf at meetings, including with planning officers, owners/developers and communities
