Heritage and Conservation
TheTownPlanner will provide expert planning and conservation advice to all involved in the planning process for all sizes and types of development relating to listed buildings and other heritage assets, conservation areas and protected trees, including extensions, demolition, new buildings, conversions, and changes of use proposals.

- Submission of pre-application queries
- Advice, support and preparation of supporting documentation

- Representation at all planning meetings, including committee and site visits
- Preparing submissions for discharge of conditions
- Submissions of amendments to consents
Neighbours/Communities:
- Help preparing letters commenting, supporting or objecting to applications or conservation area designations/boundary changes
- Attendance on your behalf at planning meetings, including committee and site visits
